The Nedco Zepher is a patented Singulator/Accumulator which will handle round, square, and rectangle products in today’s production environment and could increase your production up to 30%.

The Zepher provides unimpeded flow of inline production at normal rates and automatic slower speed accumulation should downstream production stop.  This change is accomplished automatically without flow stoppage.  The slower accumulation speed greatly reduces potential product damage and noise.
A prime feature of the Zepher allows accumulated product to be trickle merged with the normal production flow.  A conventional accumulator would need to be emptied causing the production line start-up to be delayed.

The application shown required 4 minutes accumulation of 64 oz plastic bottles at a rate of 250 BPM with trickle feed of 50 BPM.  Bottles ranged from 8 oz to 64 oz.
