These toughners are made of rust and corrosion-proof, high impact PVC rollers and 304 stainless steel for use in severe operations, wet and dry. Clean design of mounting base and tougher frame results in conveyor lines that are less complicated to build. Forward cant of wing rollers aids in tracking the belt. Plastic caps on the roller ends prevent water and contamination the bearing.

The engineered plastic bushing alloy(CS2) is self-lubricating and quiet running for long life. Ball bearings are available in steel or stainless steel for speeds over 300 FPM and heavier loads.
